Zivid Labs, a spin-out from SINTEF, has developed the world's most accurate real-time 3D camera for robotics and industrial applications. The camera provides robots and machines with 3D vision, to make them smarter, more flexible and more intelligent. Among many applications, the Zivid product can be used to recognize randomly distributed parts for pick and place tasks or do in-line quality control of 3D components in a production line.

We are looking for a solution- and customer-oriented person with machine vision and programming skills.
As a technical sales engineer, you will provide customers and prospective clients with technical support in integration of Zivid 3D vision product and solutions. You will act as the liaison between the customer and internal teams and be responsible for managing and reporting feature requests and bugs to the R&D team. Experience with customer relations and ability to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to clients with low competence in machine vision is highly beneficial, as you will partner with the sales team to generate leads and discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. Other duties include publishing technical documentation for the company support website, arranging and conducting customer training and providing general technical support to clients. In other words, we need a humble but fearless person who can build trust and make customers feel valued and cared for on both sunny and rainy days.
